We collect information you provide directly, including: name, email address, artist profile information, payment information (processed securely through Stripe), uploaded music files and cover art, and fan email list data.

We use your information to: provide and improve the TracShare platform, process music sales and payouts, deliver purchased downloads to fans, send platform notifications, and enable artists to manage their fan lists.

When you provide your phone number to TracShare, you may choose to receive SMS text message notifications related to your account, including song sale alerts, account activity, and important platform updates. SMS messages are only sent to users who have provided their phone number and consented to receive text messages from TracShare.

Message frequency may vary based on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message you receive from TracShare. For assistance, you may reply HELP.

TracShare does not sell, rent, or share your SMS opt-in information or phone number with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number may be shared only with service providers necessary to deliver SMS messages, such as messaging platforms or carriers, and only for the purpose of providing the messaging service.

By opting in to SMS messaging, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from TracShare at the phone number you provided.

Fan email addresses collected through artist pages are owned by the artists. TracShare stores this data on behalf of artists and does not use fan emails for TracShare marketing without explicit consent.

Fans can unsubscribe from artist communications at any time.

All payment processing is handled by Stripe. TracShare does not store full credit card numbers. Stripe's privacy policy applies to all payment data.

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with service providers (Stripe for payments, file storage providers) as necessary to operate the platform.

We retain account data for the duration of your account and for legal compliance purposes after deletion. Purchase records are retained for tax and legal purposes.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. Artists can export their fan list data at any time via their dashboard.
