Ownership Confirmation Required: Every artist must confirm ownership rights before uploading any song to Trac Share.

The Confirmation

"I confirm that I own this recording or have the legal right to upload, sell, and distribute this song. I understand that I am responsible for any copyright, publishing, sample, producer, writer, or third-party clearance issues related to this upload."

What This Means

  • You own or control the master recording of the song
  • You have cleared all samples used in the production
  • You have agreements in place with all featured artists and producers
  • You have publishing rights or agreements with all songwriters
  • You are not uploading content that belongs to another artist or label without permission

Consequences of Violation

Uploading content you do not own may result in immediate song removal, account suspension, legal action, and forfeiture of any earnings from the infringing content.

Reporting Infringement

If you believe content on Trac Share infringes your copyright or ownership rights, you may submit a takedown request. We review all reports and respond within 5 business days.
