Refund Policy

Digital Downloads — Generally No Refunds

Due to the digital and immediate-access nature of music downloads, all sales on Trac Share are generally final and non-refundable once a download has been accessed or delivered.

When Refunds May Be Issued

• Technical failure that prevented a successful download after payment
• Duplicate charges due to a payment processing error
• Song was removed from the platform after purchase but before download

Subscription Refunds

Monthly subscription fees for Creator and Pro plans are non-refundable once billed. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and your plan benefits will continue until the end of the current billing period.

How to Request a Refund

Contact Trac Share support with your purchase details, buyer email address, and a description of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days.
