TracShare is a direct-to-fan music commerce platform that allows independent artists, writers, and producers to upload, sell, and share their music directly with fans. By using TracShare, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Artists retain full ownership of all music uploaded to TracShare. TracShare does not claim ownership of any songs, recordings, lyrics, or creative works uploaded by artists.
By uploading content, artists grant TracShare a limited, non-exclusive license to host, stream previews, process sales, and deliver digital downloads to paying fans for the duration the content remains on the platform.
Artists are solely responsible for ensuring they have the full legal right to upload, sell, and distribute any content they upload to TracShare.
This includes but is not limited to: copyright clearance for original recordings, sample clearances, publishing rights, producer agreements, and any third-party contributions to the work.
TracShare may remove content if ownership is disputed and reserves the right to suspend accounts that repeatedly violate upload rights policies.
Starter Plan: TracShare retains 30% of each sale as a platform commission. Artists receive 70% minus Stripe processing fees.
Creator & Pro Plans: Artists keep 100% of sales revenue after Stripe processing fees (~2.9% + $0.30 per transaction). TracShare charges a monthly subscription fee instead of a commission.
All payments are processed through Stripe. TracShare is not responsible for Stripe service disruptions.
Due to the digital nature of music downloads, all sales are generally final. Refunds may be issued at TracShare's discretion in cases of technical failure where a fan was charged but unable to download their purchase.
Artists may not issue refunds directly. All refund requests should be directed to TracShare support.
Fans who purchase music on TracShare receive a personal, non-commercial license to download and listen to the purchased song for personal use only.
Purchased music may not be redistributed, resold, used in other projects, or shared publicly without explicit written permission from the artist.
TracShare responds to valid copyright takedown notices. If you believe content on TracShare infringes your rights, please submit a takedown request with evidence of ownership.
We will review all requests within 5 business days and take appropriate action.
TracShare reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, upload unauthorized content, engage in fraudulent activity, or otherwise harm the platform or its users.
